A car that spends eight hours a day in a large open lot is the ideal candidate for this work, because door glass needs no adhesive and therefore no cure time. We come to the space, take the card off, clear the cavity, vacuum the seat rails and carpet, fit the pane into the regulator and cycle the window through its full travel. An hour later the car is finished and you have not had to move it or rearrange anything.
Bonded rear glass is the case where the bay is often better. Urethane needs dry conditions and an undisturbed period afterwards, and a windy day in an open lot is not where you want to be laying a bead.
